Needle felting involves shaping wool into various forms using special, barbed needles. The needles tangle the wool fibers together, making solid shapes. You can make almost anything, from simple flat shapes to intricate 3D figures like animals, flowers, or even your favorite characters. This class is for the beginner who just wants to stab w/o blood... come learn with us in this easy 2D wool felting experience.

 

Art Night at Joy & Company is a fun, self-directed ( Summer) and instructor lead art classes (Winter) held every Thursday from 3:30 to 5:00 PM at Joy & Co. in Grand Marais, MN. During this time, participants will discover the art supplies and techniques in person , allowing you to create, relax and learn something new.
